Dapper's friend and 'Second in Command'. HooH doesn't really care about money like Dapper does (which is one of the reasons Dapper likes him so much), so he and Dapper split their earnings 20-80.
HooH is a bit untidy and always looks like he was in a rush for work.
He's laid-back and generally not given much to do, apart from sorting the Cheese Square flavors and putting them into their respective bags, and making sure the others do their jobs. He's actually the one who came up with the 'Mystery Bag' because he accidentally brushed a pile of non-sorted flavors into one bag and didn't want to get in trouble. Dapper liked the idea and went with it.
HooH also frequently gets into 'Who's on first'-type situations because of his name.
I came up with the name HooH from a YTP that I saw a few days beforehand, then had some fun in 's Bendy RP for awhile with the gamepass that I had recently bought. Yes, the character's name was HooH the Manager Clone.

And look, he has slippers and yes he has two arms, he's just putting one behind his head :T
