The Angel idea has been a favourite of mine. I have always dug the idea of them being from higher dimensions and how to represent them in an illustration. I like them from an aesthetic POV......thanks for looking...

It's audacious and unexpected ... but *sigh* it doesn't really work for me, much to my regret.
I'm reminded too much of the ancient Greek legend of Argus the Many-Eyed — and how his surplus ended up on the peacock's feathers — to get the feeling of what you wrote you wanted here.
The otherworldly creature has human-female limbs and other parts, and I suppose part of me would prefer a recognizable female face, as well.
