Though i've seen a few episodes of Speed Racer (despite a very cringy English dub), but i will admit its a promising anime of racing, especially with Mach 5.
And yes, i do remember seen Speed Racer live action film that, although its not bad, but the race is obviously done with CG pretty bland like something straight out of video game.
