Whoa, nice collection. I play a little of everything except I haven't tried virtua fighter or guilty gear (although I do have the one for the psp somewhere).
My faves are:
Goku (Budokai 3, just before the annoying tenkaichi series)
Knightmare (Soul Calibur)
Skullomania and Garuda (Street Fighter Ex3)
L. Raptor (Darkstalkers)
Sub Zero (mortal kombat)

Mmmh...never thought of that..

If only had to pick some exemples fast, like you, mostly "less used characters".

Skullomania is nice.
For mortal Kombat maybe Frost.
Baiken in Guilty Gear..

- Like I said before Skullomania (SFEX), Frost (Mortal Kombat), Baiken (Guilty Gear) - specially compared to the more well known ones from their franchises like Ryu, Ken, Scorpion, Liu Kang, Raiden, Ky, May, Bridget...
- I guess I've always liked Makoto in SF3 too^^ (that was well before her return in SSF4)
- Mmmh, Aoi from Virtua Fighter as well!
- Maxi form Soul Calibur is pretty kickass.
- Hitomi or Ayane in DOA :'3
- Lots of favs in the King of fighter series.. Kula, May Lee, Yuri, Hinako, Chae Lim..
- Kasumi in Art of fighting!
- Honey in Fighting Vipers
- I still have to play Blazblue!
- I don't really have favs and play with most charas in Eternal Champions, Last Bronx or Samurai Shodown
And that's all I could think of~

Damn, I knew I forgot a game. Blazblue. Even though I haven't played the game I'd play as Taokaka, just because she's the only character I know......yeah.

I don't like the term 'OC'.
I do draw my own characters from time to time.
(Like there's a folder called "Made in Australia" which is a humoristic comic project I wanna submit to various publishers here)

I do draw fancharacters sometimes, like in my Star Wars folder I have done some original aliens 2-3 times.

As for the Sonic characters, I never really liked Sonic recolors/fancharacters..though I admit I only did 2 recently as parodies.
For my Mighty the armadillo comics, "MechaDillo" and a "Fake Blaze".

But my original "original" characters...well if they don't end up in comics in my "Various Comics" folder, they're just in my regular gallery.
