This is a really lovely piece! I love how the lilies meet with the surface she's on. It looks very natural. The wings match perfectly with her dress and the background is really lovely! I also like the way the light shines on the flying bird in the background.
I only have two critique points for you and they are: I'm not so sure if the black and white chequered floor really fits the scene here. Everything seems very natural and that sort of seems a little out of place. Or was that for some deliberate contrast? This may just be my personal preference speaking here. 
The second thing is the differing quality of the images. Some seem really high quality and sharp, while others, like the model, have some slightly distorted colours. On her arm you can see patches of different skin-tones. I know it's often very difficult to find stock images with consistent quality, having had this problem, myself. What I usually do, especially when it comes to uneven skin-tones, is use the smudge tool in photoshop to even it out and sometimes use a brush to sharpen lines. It could also be that I'm just seeing the texture overlay. In that case, I'd usually erase some of it off of the skin.
Aside from those two points, I really like the composition and the way the birds and butterfly sort of form a triangle around the main subject. The lily on her dress is also a really nice touch. All-in-all its a beautiful piece of art that included some nice elements that you don't often see in other photomanips. Well done!
