Very nice work. Very well created scene!
Minor nitpick little suggestion would be to add some rim or edge to show the separation of the box and the black skirt. The box is disappearing a bit.

Awww this is AWESOME!!!!i stood 25 minutes looking that box, creating a story in mind .... that finally let me think there where a vampire heart in the box or a head...something like that.. like a movie scene, very dark ... a coterie of vampires trying to gain more power...BTW this picture, all the background concept looks great... i really wish to show it in our group!!!
