Description
I guess the title isn't exactly shows support of the LGTBQ "theme", but more so the bullying aspect. Admittedly, I just really wanted to draw a pokemon, and practice a sort of shading (like/dislike?), but I absolutely don't support bullying (regardless of the fact that I portray that in Pokemon form XD).Yes, Drifloon can learn attract (by TM owo).
But yeah, before I didn't have the hearts and it was just the "arms" in an upside down circle. I was going to turn it upside down, so you could see the heart, but then it looked a bit odd to just be floating upside down so... yeah.
