I think Tula's outfit is fine. I don't recall the colors of Female!Tula's outfit, but I'm assuming just as you with Kaldur'ahm, you stuck with the colors of their original outfits. I personally don't think Man!Tula's outfit is too girly at all. His midriff is showing, but who gives a damn, haha? EXCELLENT drawing.
