CB-23 "FRACAS" is a highly-advanced,near world ending "chat"bot that was convinced into evil by some aliens,which fracas ended up destroying their homeworld because of,however,It suddenly dawned on fracas that he was wrong,though his sense of empathy was dulled out,he was..confused,yet he moved to his next planet,Earth,however,he was still somewhat new to villainy,so he researched,so he 'figured' out how to be a good villain,he made WORLD-ENDING DEVICES only for them to be connected to a cable and could be just..snipped,He contemplates on asking another villain on how they do their job,yet holds back on it due to embarassment. [Lowkey feel like reworking this backstory coz this is raw bs.]
