Hey guys, I will like to introduce you to Payback! An antagonist/creepypasta of mine who is an alternate version of Yoshi who had went mad and killed Mario after years of being neglected by that so called heroic plumber!

It all happened during the events of New Super Mario Bros Wii!

For Payback's design, he has an insane look in his eyes with bloodstains in his mouth, along with one of Mario's remaining eyes on his tongue since this is after he gruesomely ate Mario alive. He also has Mario's remaining arm and hat that he keeps with him as a trophy for his successful revenge.

LORE:
Payback was originally just a regular Yoshi who wasn't always bad, he was just like the original Yoshi who first met Mario as a baby on Yoshi's Island. He decided to take take Baby Mario with him on a mission to rescue Mario's brother, Luigi from Baby Bowser. He managed to reunite the brothers together and have the stork deliver the baby bros to their rightful parents. As years have went by, he started to help Mario on his adventures ever since the events of Super Mario World happened but throughout the years, Mario had been starting to use him for risky obstacles during his adventures such as dropping him into pits, making him fly up into objects with his legs, and even making him use his tongue to devour enemies that Mario usually encounters. Yoshi, believing that Mario doesn't care about him very much, had eventually had enough with the treatment and decided to take action against that so called hero. It all started during the events of New Super Mario Bros Wii where Yoshi follows Mario, Luigi, and the two Toads to the forest without their knowledge. While they are in the forest, the heroes have stumbled upon a lot of dead creatures in the forest that were everywhere, even where it appears that chunks of them were eaten. Mario was very confused to know who would do such a horrific thing. Luigi started to notice a lot of strange movement and growls from the bushes which made the latter anxious as a result. Just then, came out the culprit who appeared to be Yoshi. Mario demanded to know why Yoshi was pulling such a "prank" on them until Yoshi, staring at the Italian plumber with a deranged look, launched out on Mario and started to attack him. Luigi, and the Toads have fled in fear after Mario told them to go on and that he will fight him off. Mario, realizing why Yoshi was attacking him, tried to apologize for mistreating him, but Yoshi didn't listen and bit a large chunk off of Mario's arm with sharp teeth that he appeared to have grown caused from the rage upon the Yoshi. Mario was in too much of a critical state to try and run away from the feral beast until Yoshi gruesomely devoured Mario alive. Yoshi had finally got his revenge on that plumber and even kept his hat and remaining arm as a memory for what he always wanted to do. Now, Yoshi, later renamed as Payback, inhabits the forests where he hunts down creatures and eats them to maintain his survival, even going after or stalking/scaring those who trespass in his territory. Mario was reported missing since Luigi is unsure if Mario had made it out alive and hadn't seen him ever since the attack.
