Are you able to randomize their motions just a little bit? Give each one slightly different timing. That way they donβt look like robots, but more like real people.

Sure, randomization is possible...but it is not a push-button plugin/algorithm.Β I made this over 2 years ago, and if I do re-visit it I will incorporate some randomness in it.Β Thx!

Hmm.. The only thing that bothers me with animation that use multiple characters/models that all do the same movement... is that it is too perfect. Too synchronized.

I cannot disagree with you...in fact it is one of the things I am working on: how to induce a believable amount of non-synchronization to be bereevaber!
