with all the talk about climate change and being more green I had been thinking a lot about doing a new captain planet piece. So I figured I would pull out all the stops and do something fun.TA-DA! So here ya go my (almost annual) Captain Planet Earth Day Deviation!
Watch out polluters, and those that think global warming is make-believe... Cap is ready to kick some butts!
I'm not sure who Cap and the Planeteers belong to.

I have to admit, this show was fun to watch as a kid. Yeah, the plots were stupid, and the characters rather one-dimensional, but it did have a good message in general.
Considering all the concerns about the environment, a remake of this show would be great. Make the characters more complex, have overarching plots, it would be awesome.

I agree. You should be art director if they ever bring Captain Planet back. As long as he does NOT have that tacky mullet. The updated look is awesome.

not DIC they originally belong to Ted Turner he came up with the idea for them and the TBS as well as Hana-Barbera companies did it completly in Hand-drawn and colored animation and DIC is now Cookie Jar TV so Turner still has the rights to Captain Planet
