I like it I think it's very good. It depends what it's purpose is as well. I think you could have the shine effect more often - and possibly you could have the stars changing a bit faster - but that depends on its purpose. If they went any faster, they would be more eye catching, but it may be used in a place where you don't want that. In any case, it's very pretty. I love everything except the moon - the moon is okay, but not quite as nice as the rest. The design concept is good, but I feel it needs a little extra something to make it more attractive somehow.
A very nice piece. I LOVE the shine on the pixel art lettering, and the font looks really good.
