Description
the first completely Earth built Battlestar, the Sun Tzu. She was the first of her class, and was a variant of what was reported on the Valkarie by Admiral William Adama. She was launched as the first Federation Battlestar because of how long it took to built a single Battlestar from Scratch, despite how small it was compared to Galactica. The logo on top is the general Fed Colonial Defense Fleet logo, whereas the one on Galactica signifies it is the Human Battlestar, the representative of all Humanity. Likewise, there would be an Andorian, Tellerite, and Vulcan Battlestar, each customly designed and built by that exclusive race, and would always be manned by that race. In the beginning, though, only the Humans and Andorians could join normally into the Colonial Defense fleet. (This all has to do with my story, BTW)
