I love Toby's design. He's cute as fu. He's muh favrit. He was never said to have verbal tics, but I think regardless, any tic would give him a hard time with his "job." Ticci Toby was created by Kastoway here on deviant art. I believe he/she doesn't wanna talk about him anymore, but you should still go check out his/her page anyway.

Edit: Unbeknownst to me, Kastoway has left deviant art indefinitely. All of the artwork has been taken down, so at the very least leave your best wishes for his/her future goals.

2nd Update: I feel like a crazy person. What are these "big monkeys" I mentioned? I cannot find them anymore. Anyway, I've been waiting for the perfect excuse to update this. I follow Kastoway on Instagram, debating whether to link it just in case they decide to delete their post and also there is (or was) age restricted stuff, but you can find it in their most recent post from March 2024. Always go to the SOURCE! They have been impersonated online recently, so any accounts not mentioned in their post are likely not real and should be reported. And AGAIN. DO NOT ask about Toby. They do not engage in Toby stuff. Be respectful!
