Owner: Esen (starter mon transfered in from rp)
Esen met this lugia when going to the Lugia breeding grounds the whirl islands in johto. Which she had gone to to seek out her patron ledgendary when she had lost all hope in becoming the leader as well as saving her first pokemon. To her surprise she found a baby lugia which was apparently her patron ledgendary. The lugia was already a year and a half old. It ended up following her away from the nest and helping her with the failled infiltration of the team ventus base and ever since they have been partners. Because of the fact the lugias most often near her Esen has a near unlimited supply of energy. At levels only ever seen when a leader is at the shrines or near an object of power of their ledgendary
