My favorite detail of the picture is that it looks like your eyes are giving off a soft, orange glow. This, along with the title, reminds me of the vampires in the Elder Scrolls.
Ultimately, the lighting and your pose are what make this picture beautiful. Although, when you include a beautiful woman into a piece such as this, it would be difficult to have it be anything less.
