He stares into your soul...A remix of an older piece I submitted a few years back. This drawing is based on the Stephen Gammel Style, my favorite childhood artist. I'm satisfied with the results. I hadn't drawn in his style for a while, so I gave it a shot. X3

Stephen Gammel is quite amazing. I used to read "scary stories to tell in the dark" a lot when i was little. I like this pic a lot. He is delightfully creepy

Well, the best way is to verse yourself in graphite and realistic shading. Then you need to do dark shading and heavy pencil marks for the main features. It's kinda hard to describe without showing an example...

It is, especially when working with mechanical pencil. The lead easily smudges. >.<
