So I felt like trying to make my own anime frame of this shot. Took me a bit more than 2 hours to do everything. Obviously, I traced the manga panel.I pushed the shading since the official anime frame isn't animated at all. If it was animated it would be obviously simpler.

maybe that's why they threw this show under the bus so to speak.
Im pretty sure something as detailed as the centipede monsters were better off 3D animated but things like Genos's arms are kinda odd.
