I actually thought what you drew was just Trevenant till I saw the mask.
Still though, Trevenant is creepy af, especially when you read the Pokedex entries for both it and its pre-evolution Phantump.
Phantump's Pokedex entry states that they are essentially stumps that have been possessed by the spirits of children who died while lost in the forest. Then Trevenant's Pokedex entry states how it can control trees and will trap people in forests, so they can never leave.
So Trevenant is ultimately responsible for children dying in the forest and becoming Phantump. O_o
