Description
Seth "Shadow" Moses is one of the best bounty hunters across the Frontier Worlds and the nightmare of the criminal underworld. His reputation for chasing down outlaws
is legendary, known for hounding them through hell and back no matter how far they run, like a living shadow of death (hence the nickname). Moses has a stoic personality and a very strict code of honor, never killing women or children. That said, any femme fatales he comes across are often reminded “There are fates far worse than death."

The character is loosely based on real life outlaw-turned-sheriff Frank M. Canton; like Canton, Moses actually started out as an outlaw, stealing and robbing across one of the Frontier Worlds. After an incident during one robbery, Moses had a change of heart and decided to change his ways by dedicating his life to enforcing the law.
Moses is a Latino/Hispanic human cyborg with a cybernetic left eye and bionic left arm. The cybernetic eye allows for perfect aim when performing trick shots and night/x- ray/infrared vision. His bionic arm allows for quick draws and provides Moses with a moderate degree of superhuman strength.

He carries two railgun pistols and an energy multitool. The multi-tool is a metallic cylinder that projects energy which can be used as a dagger, lasso, or whip. Moses is often criticized for using railgun pistols as opposed to the more popular plasma blasters, but Moses prefers them as he can adjust the bullet speed to allow for ricochets and trick shots that can’t be done with blasters.
