As she is a special character, I'll write her bio in the form of myths

A High elf who was believed to ascend divinity due to her strong sense of justice.
As a mortal, she would hunt down wrongdoers and defend those who followed the law.
What she does after ascending to divinity is unknown, but there have been records of her descending to the mortal plane

Religions viewpoints
  Goddess of Judgment: Those who known as “The Order of Judgement” who follow 9 holy tenants. Most the followers have a high sense of justice and heavily believe the righteous will always be victorious. “The Order of Judgement” believes the Goddess to bless those who are righteous, punish evildoers and give special privileges/titles to those who enforce her justice.
The Last Angel of Judgement: A group of people who believe she is an angel that will bring to the end of the world, and that she judge the souls of those after death. Most of the people who believe this are generally in opposition to “The Order of Judgement” since they believe only the angel is allowed to judge.
    Angle of Equality: A bunch of commies

- Bonus information, for other worlders and my Dnd homebrew-
   This character was mainly created because of my unhealthy love for the "Isekai" genre, I love those kinds setting where a normal human visits an unknown world. But I really hate the power fantasy that tickles the ego of nerds that's in almost all media that are Isekai. (ones I like are Re:zero, Konosuba, Hai to Gensou no Grimgar, Isekai Shokudou, Army of Darkness and lots more).
  Rather than giving people who enter [the world] a blessing, power-up or some other bull shit, The Grand Equalizer will turn all your stats to the average based on the of the beings of the area that they are summoned at.
