WOOHOO!!! Another prize done! This time is for who won 1st place in my "Create a Magical Girl" contest! Her 1st request was for me to draw C.C. from Code Geass for her. WELL I must say that I LOVE this picture. C.C. is incredibly fun to draw and I absolutely loved her lolita outfit from the 2nd season so I couldn't help myself but draw it. IT'S SO AWESOME. Hope you like it, cclelouchfan! I plan on doing 's picture next.
Okay, so smaller picture that usual. Why? Because this was set up for a wallpaper.

Time: Hmm...like 1 3/4 hours? Yeah, sounds about right.
