I'm in the process of creating an independent magazine for my college campus. I used this table of contents page as my drawing board, picking fonts, trying different designs.

It's kind of plain right now. The pictures aren't mine and the summaries are BS. Like I said, it's obviously not done, but it's my first effort. Yay.

I have the feeling it will change immensely before it gets published, because this isn't exactly the direction I had planned on going (more grungy, not as sleek).
