Thing with the original Minotaur is that it wasn't just a straight mix of bull and human, but had a supernatural aspect to it. Beast Nephilim? Besides werewolves and minotaurs, what other animal hybrids are there?
What kind of Government do the Nephilim have? Magocracy? Theocracy? I could see the Grigori being like military angels that fell, or scientist angels that fell, so like a technotronic Magocratic Military Junta? The Philistines were a military aristocracy, and the Spartans were a Timocracy. I see the Nephilim as being like a mix between the Philistines and how the Spartans actually were...both 300 and Halo. Not straight up like Orcs or Klingons, mind you.

I guess you could say military aristocracy but with a deeper purpose. 'The good guys in a way were blind sided, and it was something that took years. The story is shortened due to the face that Giants lived to 500 years of age and other biblical characters lived even longer. As far as other animal hybrids most come from mythology but some come from other ancient writings. So far we have featured several hybrids but we have many more coming.
