This was one of the teams I was most looking forward to At first Hinata wasn't one of my favorite characters, but I soon came to see the error of my ways She's cute, strong, shy a lot, but very brave too, and she sees the best of Naruto(fav guy character) from the beginning, something that few people did. Another thing is the way shes so shy(soo cute) around Naruto, despite his obliviousness, so she needs a pokemon or two to help her with her timidness, and luckily she does

Basic info:
Kasagi(Buneary): female and bold
kawaii "cute" and usagi "bunny", named her because it seemed like a name a girl would give her

Buneary was just a natural choice for Hinata(for they are both soo cute). I figured she'd be Hinata's boldness(which Hinata has buried very deep). She's the voice for Hinata, when she can't find her own, and she's there to help her be more forward(especially with you-know-who). Although, we come to find she acts much the same as Hinata toward a certain pokemon, showing that she isn't always quite as bold as she'd like us to believe

RyuhiCharmander): male and brave/hardy(like Naruto)
hi "fire" and ryu "dragon", named him for when he evolves to Charizard

Charmander was a later choice, but he seemed just right for Hinata. In the story, he protects Hinata and Buneary(I guess I should call her Kasagi) from a rampaging Machoke. Even though he keep getting pummeled , he always got up an continued to fight, eventually using rage and flamethrower, blasted it away. Hinata immediately though of Naruto when she was treating his injuries, and so he came to fill that role on her team He watches out for his team with dedication of a samurai, having come from a long line of them(relatively speaking).

Yukino(Snorunt): female and naughty
yuki "snow" and no "of", it seemed like a good name for an ice type pokemon

She's basically the mischievous spirit well all have inside us (yes, EVEN Hinata).

Hanasui(might change)(Bellsprout): female and careful
hana "flower" and tensui "water pitcher", wanted to name her something femine when she evolves to Victreebel(no small task)

Tentoshi(Ledyba): male and tough/sensitive
modified of tentoumushi "ladybug", since he's gonna be a guy, I had to make it sound more masculine

He was mostly added for some laughs, which no doubt he will provide. I wanted to give her a bug-type, but I also wanted to throw some hilarity in there too, and this is what I came up with.

Kamezu(Squirtle): male and shy
kame "turtle" and mizu "water", the name sound the best of all the ones I'd thought of

He is mostly here for symbolism. When Hinata meets him, he's very shy, and was getting bullied by other Squirtle and is to timid to "fight" back. This reminds her much of herself, and so she decides to take him with her and help him out of that "shell" he hides in(it sucks I know, but work with me). Although it might seem like it, like with Hinata, he's actually a lot stronger then he seems(something you'd think their opponents would catch on to, but apparently not). It'll be interesting to see how she helps him with his shyness when she's still very shy herself.

Momogi(Happiny(egg): female and serene
momoiro "pink colour" and togi "nurse, it was hard naming her, but I finally found one I liked

I noticed later on, Sakura and Ino have become more adept at healing, so I figured Hinata should to. And who better to help than the poster pokemon for healing? Although, she's still in her egg right now and probably won't hatch until right before the time skip, but that's not a problem. Ahvokii(my oc) has pared up the characters on many occasions, Hinata with Naruto of course. The idea is that he's curious about the egg and that gives her an excuse to spend quality time with him, and we all want that now don't we?(NO FLAMES NARUSAKU FANS!!!)
