Entry for 's contest.Theme: Vance n Kylie's first meet.

So the idea is: Kylie while trying to catch her Squirtle (which randomly wanted to try Hydro Bump) bumped into Vance ==> Result: Kylie caught her Squirtle and poor Vance got all soaked... From the looks, may be it was when they were around 13?
Sorry for the confusing pics... And I don't know if Kylie has a Squirtle or not but I just like Squirtle~~~
