Dean looks a lot smaller than usually when in Cas arms! It's... kinda cute.
The only thing I got... isn't it that Dean wasn't tortured in the end of his time in hell but tortured himself? At least that's what he told Sam, as far as I can remember. But the Picture is absolutly stunning
