My drawing of the best Harley Quinn suit period. I really hate that modern interpretations of Harley ignore this look for her. Anyway, I tried to draw her in the same style as Young Justice character since we have four seasons AND WE STILL HAVEN'T SEEN HER! Anyway this is my take how Harley could look on Earth-16 (and I included some references to her appearances in Batman: The Animated Series 😉).
