I could so much imagine Hwoa saying "Why so serious?" whilke doing this!I see Hwoa (or Bob as my friend and I use to call him) is such a funny guy, enjoying life, while everyone knows that Jin is such a serious character....
Hwoa thinks Jin should try to enjoy the life some more, so he's making fun of him^^
BTW Sorry for Hwoa's weird hand -_-' I'm holding very weird on the pencil when I'm drawing myself so it was a bit hard to try and draw it in the normal way
EDIT!! I tried to edit it a bit in PSP, I hope it helped on the crap colur quality

On the outside his emotions is always bored... on the inside, it's sad, calm, bored and angry. No happiness... and he was like this since his mother died TT^TT poor Jin Kazama... the tragic hero. At least he has Xiaoyu, Hworang (most likely, sometimes it's a trap), Lars, Alisa, and others to support him... including Nina. Good pic.

I can totally see Jin standing in front of an army, (unknowing that this is on his face) saluting them (like in Tekken 6 intro) and all have a look on their faces!
