Wow is this a self portrait of you. If so you look GORGEOUS. I always see girls with pixie cuts as fairies or well pixies.

Hey there, I'm from ProjectComment . This picture might have caught my interest because I too wear a pixie cut: but my hair is brown and curly. 

First of all, I like the character style. It has hints of manga style present, but it isn't overt: for example, she has a European nose, and many manga women have minuscule noses. I also like that she's very obviously a female, which can be tricky with a character with short hair: she has painted lips, a feminine pixie cut, a long neck, and soft curves. I also like that you vary the line work, as this makes the outline more interesting. With the background, her hair and the shirt being in shades of gray, these allow her pale pink complexion to really stand out in in the picture.

For improvements, it depends on your goal: probably as a quick sketch, this is fine. If you wanted to take it further, however, you could trade the broad brushstrokes for fine ones, particularly in the hair. To make the hair remarkable, you could study a photographic example of how light dances on a similar hair style and apply that here. The lower part of the short you could probably do with broad strokes, but perhaps blend the top portion?
