Bio: A Group of troubled teenagers, after unwillingly released the evil sorceress Rita Repulsa into the world, they became biologicaly bonded to the Power Coins and now, they are the only ones with the power to Stop Rita and her followers. Enhanced by a highly advance Bio-suit, The Power Rangers are the last remainings of an alien civilization devastated by Lord Zedd, a former Ranger who betrayed his teammates and tried to steal for himself the greatest source of energy in the universe, only to be stopped by his former Leader Zordon.
When Zordon finally awoke after thousands of years, he called upon the young humans who released Rita and turned them into a formidable fighting force known in the galaxy as The Power Rangers, These young kids have to put aside their diference and become Earth's greatest line of Defence against Rita and her Evil Space Aliens.

07/01/2017 Update: Rework on the Red Ranger's helmet

At last, the team is complete, as my final micro of 2016. Every Ranger has being individually released previously, so you can check them out if you want. As you can see, my Headcanon follows a similar plot to the new movie,(the truth is, i came with these seetting back in 2013 but since i never made it public back then, you just have to take my word). The main difference is, Lord Zedd was the former Green Ranger instead of Rita, Rita just took the Coin after Zedd supposedly died by the power of the Zeo Crystal.

If i ever made Rita, i will continue my story. For now i will take a break and luckily i will be back soon.

I'm more of a Turtle man then a Rangers fan. Plus Shredder tops Rita big time.

It's hard to say, Shredder is definitely more intimidating (minus his 80's incarnation, he was just an overgrown baby), But Rita has magical powers and, in the new comics at least, she is a plotter and a cunning manipulator, unlike the 90's TV Show who was just a petty screaming (boy i'm starting to sense a pattern here).
Point Be, both of them are great villains on their own right, so is hard to choose for me.

Still she'd cut and run if she had to fight the Rangers herself Shredder he'd fight the Turtles, Splinter, and Casey Jones. But Zedd he's perfect cause he looks intimidating and sounds fearsome.

Rita Doesn't need to fight the Rangers herself, same goes for Zedd, They are galactic rulers, they don't need to get their hands dirty. Shredder on the other hand hasΒ no choice, he has tofight the turtles beacuse he wants to be him the one who took them down.
I have to agree with you that Zedd is the better PR Villain. Before he was dumbed down, He was a force to be reckoned with, and a vast improvement over Rita who, let's be honest, as good of a villain as she is in the new comics, she looks pretty silly.

Still the best villain in my mind hands down will be Vader, yes he needs a portable breathing system to breath but still he's a badass, I mean his Lightsaber can cut through anything, he can use the force for almost anything, and if his breathing system goes offline he can use the force to sustain him long enough but he can't use like force choke or anything.
