"Tandis"

The morning sun was almost as it's end and the day was getting warmer. A beautiful garden sat outside a little cottage, already tended to. The flowers were close to blooming, perhaps in another week they will awaken for the start of spring. The sound of birds singing their morning melody filled the air as a single Forest Elf could be heard singing along to them from inside the old cottage. The Lillikin sat in-front of her vanity, nude, and preparing her hair into top buns. She had just finished bathing after working in her garden all morning and the hour was nearing ten. It was almost time for her second coffee at her favorite place.

Tandis, as many knew her by, was a Lillikin, or commonly known as a Forest Elf. She spent her time living a peaceful life in the forest, away from others, but close enough to a few towns, including the town by the river called Axtin. She preferred the solitary life, but still lived close enough to people, if she wanted some company. Lillikin were often like that, enjoying nature more then other elves or humans. One could say, it was in their nature.

Feeling satisfied with her hair style, Tandis stood from her vanity and danced gracefully to her wardrobe, all while continuing to sing along to the birds outside in her garden. She pulled a dress from the wardrobe and preceded to slip it on. She felt particularly pretty today as the sun shined through her bedroom window. "Today is a wonderful day to grow." She sang and she made her way to door, opening it with such glee and cheerfulness. "But first... Second Coffee." Tandis said in a normal voice and a giggle." As Tandis stepped bare foot from her front door, she moved with a grace like that of a leaf within a gentle breeze. Beginning her forty five minute walk towards, The Hideaway Tavern.
