Description
A wallpaper of the personal sigil of Daemon III, a member of House Blackfyre and the leader of the Fourth Blackfyre Rebellion. After his father was dishonourably killed in the Third Blackfyre Rebellion, Daemon was crowned king by Aegor 'Bittersteel' Rivers, House Blackfyre's greatest supporter who had managed to escape imprisonment. Due to their continuous defeats, few supported Daemon besides Aegor's Golden Company and House Yronwood. Due to this, the rebellion ended quickly, and Ser Duncan the Tall of the Kingsguard slew Daemon during the Battle of Wendwater Bridge. With Daemon III's death, House Blackfyre was all but broken, and would not reappear to torment Westeros for another 24 years until Maelys I 'the Monstrous' Blackfyre started the War of the Ninepenny Kings.
