Taking a recent memory for example and replacing it with an older one. Like what they did in Speed with the camera footage. In Zofia's mind, she had an ordinary day just like any other yesterday. If she was to think about it too hard, she may start to notice that something doesn't add up in her mind... Saskia's alterations aren't perfect.
