but the way i draw them is always the same. Its just that when i need a new pose i perform it.

ah~ I hears ya. you should try having a sketch book infrount of you while doing it so you can sketch part of it, then go back into that pose and sketch again till you get the whole part, then you can go back and fill in tht sketch
