I never actually got OX, I'm stuck on normal at whazz-his-face, the boss on the Guardian ship.

Prometheus? You should use Model Hx for his Scythe attacks, and Fx for when he does the four-skull-flames-in-each-corner-thingy. blast away on one of the bottom ones and then dodge the other three. At that point you could change to Hx to score some hits. And you should make sure you have at least 2 sub-tanks and two life-ups.

dead serious, all of the EX skills that omega uses in megaman zx are usable when you activate the O.I.S. (Overdrive Invoke System)
