That was something that helped Baker's villainous reputation. That, and the killer eyebrows/mustache.
Did you know he caused a riot in Cleveland once? It was because he kept hitting the Heart Punch on his opponent after his match with him was over.

I don't really know Ox Baker very well (though his face looks very familiar to me), but I can see how much pro-wrestling fans have shown respect to the man, especially now that he has passed away. I think your fan art is pretty good in illustrating the aggressiveness of Baker.

Damn my man Ox died? I always liked his look, big mean lookin' brawler with the wild mustache. I met him back when i was in H.S., my wrestling coach was a Pro here in Chicago and we had a wrestling show in the gym. Ox managed a team called Red Storm, after the match he sat at a table signing pics i was probably the only one who knew who he was because i was into the old school Pro Wrestlers. I sat with him watching the rest of the show, chatting, eating hot dogs and chips. I guess he liked me because he said we were friends since we "broke bread" together.
