I normally don't do these kinds of drawings, but I simply felt the need to put in my two cents about the recent "Coyote vs. Acme" situation that's been going on.

I genuinely can't believe that the CEO and executives at Warner Bros. Discovery are more than willing to scrap a fully completed film. One that stars an iconic cartoon character, in a plot that sounds fun and interesting, and with the few people who have seen giving it nothing but praise. A project that the artists and filmmakers of spent years pouring their heart and souls onto it. And the WBD execs are just going to delete the whole thing for a tax write off, just because they can!

Not only does the idea of throwing away a potentially successful film seem like the stupidest thing. But it's also a massive insult to the people who spent a good chunk of their lives working on the film, and it was pretty much ready to be shown to the world. Now WBD has done this before a few times, canceling other fully completed projects. But this one especially hurts the most because of how great the premise sounds. And from hearing all the positive things about it; with some saying that it truly captures the spirit of classic Looney Tunes, it made me want to see it even more!

This whole situation that the movie has gone through is just depressing, disappointing, and overall infuriating. No filmmaker, artist, or any kind of creator should ever have to put up with this. Working on a labor of love passion project just to be scrapped for the sake of business is just disgusting to me. Something this scummy, disrespectful, and soulless should practically be considered a crime. I wouldn't be surprised if the people who worked on this project and for the WBD company in general decided to go on strike if the film ended up getting deleted(Which I hope it doesn't).

So putting that rant aside, I wanted to make this simple art piece to spread awareness of this whole mess. I really hope that something will happen within the next few days that will change the fate of the film, and finally bring justice to the poor coyote.
