I found an Eager Love revenge cosplay from the convention I went too! and it's a really nice picture, so I decided to edit it >D This is my first time editing anything LOL There are a few mistakes, I know, I didn't change them because, I am a little proud with this >/////>
What I edited was the exposure and the rain, it was a pretty clear day! I just got a picture of rain of google....and put it onto loads of different layers (I think next time I should put it onto one layer? If you know you should tell me! :'D) and then I just turned the opacity down and moved the rain around >3
I'm sorry if you don't care about how I did it ;-;
