Description
Even though I did not finish her character profile, I seem to be fond of this character design, which prompted me to color this digitally. For now, I can only identify her as '13' ('Trece', which is Spanish for 13). Her color scheme is also not finalized yet, but it looks like she is firmly a wind mage, if her color scheme is any indication.My Flash skills are OK, but someone told me it ain't enough. I need to find out what it is.

She is cute and nice :3 I like the outfit but. There is a little msitake in fact, 13 on spanish is "Trece" not "Terce". I know because im mexican and spanish is my first langauge

Dont worry, I know those happend but also Terce could be a nickname derived by the spanish for 13. Still if you another time decide to use a reference on spanish, I can help with it, my english isn't all good but I think I can handle it.
