WARNING: May contain size-related artwork.I was really not at 100% when I drew this, and the idea looked a lot better imagining it that actually drawing it on paper. Eh, at least I tried.
I got the idea from a certain movie scene. So Blanc is dancing to some tune, oblivious to a tiny Neptune on the floor, trying very hard to avoid being stepped on by her geta. As for why Nep shrunk, eh, I just felt like picking on her. Again.
EDIT: Touched up Blanc's shading, so if you had downloaded the previous version, this is the better one. My apologies, I did not realize my mistake until I woke up.
