Firstly, it's a really fun concept and very nicely executed. I don't have anything to critique except the overall flow.
You can see there's a whole scene going on but we've got a focus on Wonder Woman, so I feel like the other characters and environment could emphasis the focus. For example: Superman, Batman and Catwoman could all be moving to the left to lead the eye towards Wonder Woman in the center. Even some simple clouds in the top-right would help direct the focus.
Quite a small point but I think it would help.

Very nice. A cool gathering of Marvel and DC characters during an exursion south of the border. Love the looks and sexy pose of Wonder Woman front and center of this piece. Love her idea of beach attire. Beautiful shading work to bring out her sexy curves and muscle tone.
I'm particularly fond of Black Cat's even more abbreviated attire and very athletic physique... you did such a wondeful job on her strong, shapely body and her amazingly sexy calves and thighs. Felicia's lovely breasts are most impressive, and her thong briefs wonderfully show off the sexy curves of her alluring hips, her thick thighs, and her flaring calves. She looks very sporty and comes across as showing up at the party after working out at the nearby beach gym.

I disagree with the critiques, a busty scantily clad woman front and center does not need background assistance holding focus. The composition is well balanced exactly as it is.

The background to the left with Hulk and Spidey seems all one composition, while all the other characters seem like they were just pasted into place. I'm also kind of wondering where Superman is going with all my beer. It would feel like it was telling more of a story if he were landing with the beer or taking off with someone. Superman also looks ever so slightly out of scale, though it is hard to tell where he is in relation to the other characters.

If you're ever at a beach party, make it a point to not mix Dark Marvel with light DC; it seems like a good idea at tha time but you'll come to regret it in tha morning "over" nah mean!

Very few times I am okay with Wonder Woman being the center of an image. And goddamn you certainly make her appealing hahaha.
You obviously did well on Black Cat, I mean goddamn no wonder why Spider-Man has a smile that looks like wont be going away anytime soon ahaha. And then Hulk in the background. I love it, it's a clean Marvel/DC "crossover". Really great work. The coloring in this image is FANTASTIC!!!
