In Germany you have to go to the German forces for 6 months if you're old enough...or, if you won't, you can do an "alternative (civilian) Service" for 9 months, these guys are called 'zivis'.If you're a 'zivi' you mostly work with old people in nursing homes, but you can also work in playschools and other 'civilian establishments'.
It's not easy to translate and explain this topic in english, and I have no idea if someone understand this joke who don't live in Germany but...wayne, its a great logo for a Tshirt anyway
