Before I start off I'd just love to say I think that this character is freaking adorable! She looks so playful and and sweet if not a little mischievous which is a nice little combination. I'll continue as I do with all my critiques, seperating little paragraphs by the topics that Deviantart provides c:
Vision / 3 stars
While the image is undeniably cute, there are some anatomical issues that need to be worked out with this character. Her shoulder is a little stiff and straight and her ears connect a little oddly to her head. This is something that could definitely be helped by studying and drawing pictures of cat skeletons!
Originality/ 2 stars
There isn't a whole lot original about cat pictures anymore, especially with warriors everywhere we look. This isn't something to pay too much mind too as a score. However, I do like her purple eyes and the curvyness to her backlegs - both of those are a bit different from the usual!
Technique/ 2 1/2
Another score not to fret too much about. If you said you were 13-15 I'd probably give you a little higher score but I don't know about your age so this is just a flat ageless score. That being said, you know your way around line smoothness. None of the lines are jerky or shaking, and that's a wonderful thing, whether you used the pen tool or hand drew them- great job! However, the single-layered soft shading (appears to be Gaussian blurred or a soft brush) are not quite cutting it for me. It feels a little lazy and hard to read. The light source also seems to move around depending on the part of the character I'm looking at. I do like how you did the character's marbling however, and that looks pretty interesting. Be careful of creating tangents with your lines (this is especially apparent in the neck and butt fur.
Impact/ 2 1/2 stars.
The image doesn't exactly inspire are or strain emotions, but thats perfectly okay. i don't think this image was meant to do those things, it was meant to be cute and you achieved that! I think thats more important than the emotional or startling impact it created.
Overall, good job! Your paws are super nice and cute and the eye has a shine of emotion to it and thats great. Just keep up the hardwork and keep on improving c: You're doing great!

thank you for this painfully true critique :,,D
i think it's safe to say no other artworks of mine will request critiques, i'm also not going to act ashamed for being butthurt as well as a "sore loser", of sorts.
though i feel very insecure about all my artwork, and my anatomy, and my shading, and my facial expressions, my detail, and everything i draw in general, i will still rate this as fair, bc this is true.
also i love how you said how cute the cat was multiple times to try and make all the times you roasted me hurt a little less, and though this piece of art is apparent trash, at least i know she looks cute and mischievous ;-;

Please don't think your art is trash! Honestly if I thought it was trash I wouldn't have even bothered to critique it. I critiqued it because I see potential! I just wanted to help push you in the right direction! Just remember that everyone started off way worse than where you are now! I don't think this should be the last critique you accept because future critiqs can help you more than I and future ones will shower you with praise. I think every artist is insecure about their artwork, I know I am. And I hope you know that my saying wasn't to try and lighten a blow, it was true statements of balance. And making a character look their personality can be hard for lots of people. I know tons of artists who have amazing anatomy but cant make their character look a certain way or carry a certain expression. I promise I wasn't trying to bring you down, but to help. I'm sorry if I did hurt you. There were other good things I said about your artwork too, but I spent a ton of time praising all the things I liked, what good would that be for you? ;u;
