"You wanted to see me?" Asked Evelyn, poking her head into professor X's office. He turned to face her, offering her a warm smile.
"Yes I did." Said the professor. Colossus stepped into the room behind her. He had been the one to tell her that the professor requested her presence. "Colossus tells me there's been some trouble with your training."

Evelyn looked over at Colossus with a questioning look. "I wasn't aware."

"I've told you time and time again that I would take action if you were late for training one more time. Now is the time for action."

"Oh come on. I make it there, don't I?"

Professor X cleared his throat. "While that may be the case, I am fully supporting Colossus on this matter. You need this training Evelyn so that you can fully grasp your powers. We've already found a way to resolve this. Colossus will escort you into town."

"A barbershop? What are we doing here?" Asked Evelyn, studying the sign in the window.

"Come. You will see soon." Said Colossus. He opened the door, gesturing for her to go inside. The air inside the shop was heavy with the smell of pomade and shaving cream. She actually quite enjoyed the aroma.

"Hey Piotr, what's up! You here for your three o'clock?" Evelyn looked over at the barber that was making their way towards him. He had nicely tanned skin with a headful of rich brunette hair. Admittedly, he was quite handsome.

"It's actually not for me. It's for her." He said, gesturing to Evelyn.

Evelyn could feel the color drain from her face. "What?"

"It's for the lady?" Asked the barber.

"Yes. It seems that Miss Evelyn here has a problem showing up to places on time. I feel as though a proper hair style might save her some time so she can actually show up where she's needed." Said Colossus. He leaned over and whispered something in the barbers ear.

"Dang man, are you sure?"

"Very."

The barber looked at Evelyn, a bit sheepishly. "Right this way Miss."

"Piotr, what the hell is this?" Evelyn hissed.

"I warned you countless times that I would take action if you were late to training again. Now hold still and be a good girl."

Something about the way he said that made Evelyn shiver.

The barber caped her up and tied a strip of paper around her neck. "I'll go fast so it'll be over quicker." He said.

"Oh god, what are you going to do?" Evelyn asked.

She heard a small pop. And then a low hum. Before she could protest the barber placed the clippers on her forehead and moved them back, leaving a light colored strip in their wake. Blonde hair spilled from the top of her head and onto the cape. She could feel tears welling up in her eyes as the barber proceeded on. More and more of her scalp became visible as he ran the clippers over the top of her head. She looked at her self in the mirror, appalled at her reflection. She looked like someone's crazy uncle!

"If you cry I'll have him leave you like this." Colossus warned. Evelyn did everything she could to fight back the tears as the barber continued to take off more and more hair. It spilled onto her lap, her shoulders, the floor like a waterfall of gold. By the time he was finished, a small amount of stubble was all that remained on Evelyn's head.

"Ah, much better." Said Colossus, inspecting the barbers work. The barber undid the cape. Evelyn shakily got up from the barbers chair. Colossus handed him a small wad of cash and the two of them returned to the mansion.

"I expect you'll be at training on time from now on?" Asked Colossus, walking her back inside.

"Y-yes." Said Evelyn, looking down at the ground.

"There's one more part to your punishment." Said Colossus.

"Haven't I been punished enough?" Asked Evelyn, rubbing a hand over her stubbly head.

"Not quite enough for my liking." Said Colossus. He leaned down next to her ear. "Now, go upstairs and put on that pink, lacey, lingerie I like so much."
