As for your question, I'd say Rosalina, despite her technically not being an actual princess... She's more than that though...
Her story... Her role... Her powers... The mysteries that surround her... Her design... Not to mention she's more than the damsel in distress. She may not get kidnapped, but sure was in need of a hero...
Still, she's mysterious, mighty... Just epic... I'd say pretty, but they all are.
