You can buy replica Tom Baker scarves here in the UK. I actually used to own a really long stripey scarf that often got me "That is a scarf of Dr. Who proportions!" comments  

I don't know if Who stuff is easy to get out in the USA yet, but it's been around years here, there's bound to be someone on ebay selling them for cheap and willing to export.

it's become easier to get now that Who is bigger here, I have several things with the 4th on it hehe! I am waiting on my scarf though, becuase I have a dear friend who would like to make it for me, so I will wait for it.
