I would have to thank glory-a for this commission of my UA OC, Hikari Gensai, in her hero costume as Uriel.I decided to have her use twin batons as a means for her for close combat against any villains when she decided to give her close combat abilities some extra punch and it will give her something to use for her quirk for long range as well.
Her baton does have several functions, that it can combined into a long staff (she trains with Yaoyorozu for better use of it), and it has a taser function (and she uses Kaminari to test its effectiveness, with his consent).
Again, credit goes for glory-a for the drawing.
