i already fucked up one friendship with my emotions.the problem is, i don't wanna develop feelings for this other person either. maybe they feel the same way? no, they love someone else, i'm sure..but it doesn't matter, because if we ever went past friendship, it would end in shit. it wouldn't work anyways. talk yourself out of it chalky. you don't like them that way. i know you don't..

Not all romantic relationships "end in shit." Some times, more often than you think, people will stay friends after they break up, though it may take some time to get over it. However I understand why you wouldn't want to get in a relationship with a good friend because of the fear that it would ruin your friendship. Been there, done that. However, beating yourself up over it definitely isn't the answer. :/
